Once an item is purchased from the 'Store' it will appear in the 'Bonuses' section under the 'Purchased Bonuses' tab.
If you are unable to redeem a purchased bonuses, this is most likely due to you currently being restricted by one of the bonus rules or terms and conditions in place at Slotastic.
Please check the following:
1) You do not have an active balance.
2) You do not already have a coupon active.
3) If you are trying to redeem a free bonus coupon, please ensure you are not breaching our consecutive free bonus usage policy.
If you have verified all of the above an are still unable to redeem your purchased bonus, please contact a Slotastic representative.
