Don't let losing your password get in the way of you having fun, recover your account details in a few quick and easy steps!

The quickest route to recovering your password is in the log in section of the casino.

1) Go to slotastic.com/password.

2) Enter your username and e-mail address in the required fields.

3) You will be sent a security code by e-mail, this will usually arrive within a few minutes.

4) Copy and paste the security code into the required field, then enter your new password.

Security Code Expired?

The security code in the e-mail expires after 24 hours. You can request a new security code.

Didn't Receive the Password Assistance E-mail?

1) Check all e-mail folders (spam, junk, promotions).

2) Add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  to your Contacts and Favorites. Then request a new security code again.
