The easiest way to complete the Slotastic account verification is to use our advanced and easy 'Account Verification' process. You can do this in the 'Withdraw' section of the 'Cashier', then go to 'Account Verification'.

Please make sure that your files are sent in high quality and in color so our team can clearly review them.

In most cases the details you provide when creating your account should be enough to verify your account. However, there are cases when Slotastic will require additional verification from you.

We need these documents to prove you are who you say you are, this is important when it comes to processing your winnings or if you want to add a new credit card on your account
